How is a quote prepared?
After a free conversation we prepare the scope, an indicative schedule and the price, usually within 48 hours of receiving the information we need. For large projects we start with a price range and an analysis plan.
Prices and package contents are indicative - "from" means the lowest amount for the simplest scope. Euro amounts are rounded approximations; the final currency and amount are set in the quote. The binding scope, deadline, price, support terms (including hours and response times) and the transfer of copyright are agreed in an individual quote and a contract concluded via Useme, which issues the VAT invoice. Prices do not include third-party licences and services (e.g. the Sfera module, ERP and marketplace subscriptions, hosting, domain, App Store / Google Play accounts) unless the quote states otherwise. The security review is not a certified audit or a penetration test. Price information does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code.
