What does an online store integrated with ERP give you?
In a store connected to an ERP system, the order goes straight into the sales software, stock levels update in the store, and the sales document and courier label are created without retyping. Less manual work means fewer mistakes and faster shipping.
How does a B2B platform with individual price lists work?
A B2B platform lets business customers log in and order at their own prices. Our B2B panels pull price lists, discounts and stock levels from the ERP system and send orders straight back to it.
- prices and discounts assigned to a customer or a group
- stock, invoices and account balances in view
- quick reordering
- accounts for several employees of one customer
Which payments, couriers and marketplaces do we integrate?
We integrate stores with payment operators (Przelewy24, PayU, BLIK, Tpay, Stripe), couriers (InPost, DPD, DHL, GLS, Poczta Polska, ORLEN Paczka) and marketplaces (Allegro, Amazon, eMAG, Empik). The exact scope is confirmed after we analyse the API of the given service.
Ready-made store or custom store?
A ready-made subscription platform such as Shoper lets you start quickly and cheaply, but it limits unusual processes. A custom store costs more at the start and fits the way the company works. For typical retail, a ready-made platform with good integration is usually enough. For B2B, unusual price lists and large scale, a custom store more often pays off.
How much does an online store with ERP integration cost?
An online store or B2B platform with ERP integration at KCD Studio costs from PLN 5,000 net (from PLN 6,150 gross). The price depends on the number of integrations, individual price lists, the number of products and variants, and the graphic design. Platform subscriptions, payment operator commissions and ERP licences are paid separately.
Frequently asked questions
My store loses orders at high transaction volumes: what can I do?
Under heavy traffic, what usually fails are calls to external systems made at the moment the order is placed. Order queueing, retrying failed operations and monitoring that reports an error immediately all help. We design integrations so that an order survives even when one of the systems briefly goes down.
My online store gets traffic but does not sell: why?
Common reasons are slow loading, a complicated cart, missing popular payment and delivery methods, unclear costs, or traffic from poorly matched sources. We start with the purchase path and the analytics data.
Does KCD Studio integrate couriers and online payments?
Yes. We integrate InPost, DPD, DHL and other carriers, and Przelewy24, PayU and BLIK payments, both with the store and with the ERP system.
Which platform does KCD Studio build stores on?
We build custom stores, and we implement and integrate stores on WooCommerce, PrestaShop and other platforms. The choice depends on the range of products, the scale and the integrations you need.
