Systems we integrate with

We connect online stores, ERP, accounting software, marketplaces, couriers, payments and custom-built systems so that data flows on its own, without retyping. Below are the systems we work with most often.

Which ERP systems and accounting programs do we connect with?

We connect stores, apps and custom systems with the programs in which a company runs sales, warehouse and accounting. The method of connection, for example Sfera, the vendor’s API or an import file, is settled after an analysis.

Which online store platforms do we connect with?

The store can send orders to the ERP by itself and pull stock levels, prices and statuses back. A platform with an API or a data export can usually be connected with other systems.

Which marketplaces and multichannel sales tools do we connect with?

Orders from marketplaces can land in one system, and stock levels and prices can be updated in every channel at once.

Which courier companies do we connect with?

Once an order is paid, labels can be created automatically, and the tracking number goes to the customer and to the store.

Which payment providers do we connect with?

Online payments can be connected to a store, app or system. A payment notification can change the status of an order or an invoice straight away.

Invoices, KSeF and document workflow

Invoices can reach KSeF (Poland’s National e-Invoicing System) and the accounting program without manual retyping, and cost documents can follow an approval path in the system.

CRM, apps and custom systems

Systems we build to order can be connected too: CRM, web and mobile apps, customer portals. They exchange data with the rest of the company through REST API, GraphQL and webhooks.

Questions about integrations

My system is not on the list: can it be connected?

Often yes. If the system has an API, a data export or an import mechanism, it can usually be connected with others. Tell us what you use and we will check it during the free quote.

Are additional licences needed for integration?

Sometimes, for example Sfera for Subiekt GT or API access in a higher plan of a platform. Vendor fees are not part of the price of our work, unless the quote states otherwise.

How often is data synchronised?

It depends on the system and the integration method. Data can flow periodically, for example every few minutes, or immediately after each change.

How much does system integration cost?

Integrations are priced individually and start at from PLN 5,000 net (from PLN 6,150 gross). The price depends on the number of systems, the types of data exchanged and the direction of the exchange. The initial quote is free.
