How does the Allegro and Subiekt integration work?
The integration uses the Allegro REST API. It fetches new orders and creates the customer and the document in Subiekt. When stock in the warehouse changes, it updates the number of units in your offers. Sales on Allegro, in your store and in person then all draw on one stock level.

What is multichannel selling: Allegro, a store and Subiekt?
In multichannel selling, the same product is offered at once on Allegro, in your own store and often through BaseLinker. What matters is a single source of stock and prices. We design the flow so that an order from any channel reduces the same stock in Subiekt, and the change shows up in the other channels.
How much does it cost to integrate Allegro with Subiekt GT?
Prices start at from PLN 5,000 net (from PLN 6,150 gross). The price depends on the number of Allegro accounts, the scope of automation (orders only, or also stock, prices and invoices) and whether the integration has to work with a store or BaseLinker. The quote is free.
Frequently asked questions
Orders from Allegro do not reach Subiekt GT automatically: why?
The most common causes are an expired Allegro account authorisation, a change in the Allegro API that the integration was not adapted to, or an order containing a product not linked to a record in Subiekt. KCD Studio checks the integration logs and restores the flow of orders.
The Allegro integration stopped working after an API update: what now?
Allegro keeps developing its API and retires older versions, so an integration needs maintenance. KCD Studio adapts existing integrations to the current API and offers ongoing support under a separate order.
Can invoices from Subiekt be attached to Allegro orders?
Yes. A PDF invoice issued in Subiekt can be sent automatically to the Allegro order, so the buyer finds it in their account.
Does KCD Studio also integrate other marketplaces with ERP?
Yes. KCD Studio also connects Amazon, eMAG and Empik to ERP systems. The scope depends on the API of the given platform, and we confirm it after an analysis.
