What data can be synchronised between a store and Subiekt GT?
The data most often synchronised is orders, stock levels, prices, product and customer records (including the NIP, the Polish tax ID) and sales documents: receipts and invoices. Not every store needs all of it, so we set the scope after an analysis.

Which store platforms do we connect Subiekt GT to?
KCD Studio builds Subiekt GT integrations for stores on WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shoper, IdoSell, Shopify and Magento, as well as for custom-built stores. If a platform provides an API or a data export, it can usually be connected to Subiekt GT.
Is Sfera needed to integrate with Subiekt GT?
Sfera for Subiekt GT is a paid add-on from the manufacturer. It lets external programs create documents and records in Subiekt while keeping the program’s logic. Integrations that write data into Subiekt (orders, invoices, customers) usually need it. After an analysis we confirm how to connect: Sfera, the manufacturer’s API or another method allowed by the system licence.
The Sfera licence is a fee paid to the manufacturer and is not included in the price of our work, unless the quote states otherwise.
How often is stock updated?
It depends on the system and the way of integrating. Stock can be updated periodically, for example every few minutes, or after every document change. If you sell through several channels at once, we pick the rhythm that lowers the risk of selling an item that is no longer available.
How much does it cost to integrate Subiekt GT with an online store?
We quote the integration of a store with Subiekt GT individually, starting at from PLN 5,000 net (from PLN 6,150 gross). The price depends on the number of data types synchronised, the direction of the exchange (one-way or two-way), the store platform and unusual rules, for example several warehouses or price lists for customer groups.

Frequently asked questions
Stock in the store differs from stock in Subiekt GT: what should I do?
First establish which system is the source of truth for stock and how often synchronisation runs. Typical causes of discrepancies are reservations and documents not counted in stock, sales from several warehouses, interrupted synchronisation or manual corrections in the store. KCD Studio diagnoses such an integration and either fixes it or replaces it with a new one.
What is the difference between two-way and one-way integration?
In a two-way integration, orders and customers flow from the store to Subiekt GT, while stock, prices and statuses flow from Subiekt GT to the store. A one-way integration moves data in one direction only, which makes it simpler and cheaper.
Can Subiekt GT issue invoices automatically after an order?
Yes. A sales document can be created automatically from a store order, for example once it is paid. At the analysis stage we set the rules: when a receipt, when an invoice, from which warehouse.
Prices in the store do not update from Subiekt GT: why?
Most often the integration reads a different price level than the one changed in Subiekt, or the price update is switched off or runs less often than the stock update. Sometimes a product in the store is simply not linked to a product record.
