What is the difference between Subiekt GT and Subiekt nexo?
Subiekt GT is an older, still popular line of programs from InsERT. Subiekt nexo is the newer line, with a different interface and broader capabilities. In the PRO version it can be extended with custom solutions and integrations through Sfera. Both programs handle sales and warehouse, but their integrations are not interchangeable: when you switch programs, they have to be adapted or written from scratch.
Subiekt GT or Subiekt nexo: which should you choose?
If Subiekt GT works well and its integrations run, there is no need to rush. Subiekt nexo is worth considering when you are deploying a system from scratch, when you need features available only in the newer line, or when a bigger rebuild of your integrations is planned anyway. We give a recommendation after analysing how your company actually works.
What does the migration from Subiekt GT to nexo look like?

How much does the migration from Subiekt GT to nexo cost?
The cost depends mainly on how many integrations have to be moved and on the state of the data. We quote the work individually, and projects with an integration start at from PLN 5,000 net (from PLN 6,150 gross). Licences for nexo programs and Sfera are paid to the manufacturer.
Frequently asked questions
Subiekt nexo does not connect to an external application: what should I check?
Check the program version (integrations through Sfera require the PRO version), the permissions of the user the integration uses, library compatibility after a nexo update and the availability of the SQL server. KCD Studio diagnoses such connections remotely.
Do integrations have to be rewritten after moving to Subiekt nexo?
Usually yes. Subiekt GT and Subiekt nexo have different integration mechanisms, so connections to your store or Allegro have to be adapted or written from scratch.

Yes. KCD Studio also moves data between other systems, for example enova365, Symfonia, WAPRO and Comarch ERP Optima, always with a trial migration on a copy of the data.
