  • Customer portal for an ISP (Skynet): Subscribers sort things out and check when an outage will end without calling customer service.
  • Wi-Fi planner for an ISP (Skynet): Customers better understand how Wi-Fi works and plan their home network with confidence, which improves their experience with the operator. The tool makes it easier to talk to customers and to sell to them, and connecting or extending a network takes fewer technician visits.
  • First website for a window and door fitting company (Okno-Mar): The company’s monthly turnover has clearly grown, and clients now find it online too.
