KCD Case studies

Case studies: customer portal, WiFi planner and a WordPress company website

We built a customer portal and a WiFi network planner for the internet service provider Skynet, and rebuilt the website of the service company elevtech.pl. Below is what they do, how they are made and how we check that they work.

Updated: 20 October 2026

What do these case studies have in common?

We work with systems that already run at the client and adapt to them instead of asking for a rebuild.

  • Integration with the client’s existing systems (the operator’s API, the addresses and content of the old website, the formula of an existing calculator), in a single layer, without making the screens depend on the details.
  • Tests and checks for every release, and for eBOK also a change list and a list of things we could not verify.
  • We treat the phone as equal to the desktop: we check the views in emulation from a width of 375 px, also after rotating.
  • The client changes content and settings without a developer.

Questions about our case studies

What case studies does KCD Studio have?

For the internet service provider Skynet we built a customer portal (eBOK) with an admin panel and a WiFi network planner that runs in the browser and sends projects to the operator. For the company Elevtech we rebuilt the elevtech.pl website on a custom WordPress theme, with a calculator, a form and preparation for Google and AI assistants. We describe each one below, with the scope of work and the technical solutions.

Can I see the working eBOK portal or the WiFi planner?

We show the working version in a meeting. The portal and the planner are available only to logged-in customers of the operator, so we do not publish their views.

Does KCD Studio build software for other operators and telecom companies?

Yes. We adapt the customer portal and integrations with operator systems to the offer, brand and API of a specific company. An initial quote is free, usually within 48 hours.
