How does the WooCommerce and Subiekt GT integration work?

WooCommerce provides a REST API and webhooks, meaning notifications about events such as a new order. The integration receives the order, matches products by symbol or code, creates the customer and builds the document in Subiekt. In the other direction it sends stock, prices and fulfilment statuses.

WooCommerce or PrestaShop for working with Subiekt GT?

Both platforms have an API and both can be connected to Subiekt GT. WooCommerce is convenient when a company already works on WordPress and has a smaller range. PrestaShop is more often chosen by stores with many products and variants. Choose by your sales needs, not by the integration: KCD Studio builds it for both.

What should you settle before integrating a store with Subiekt?

  • what products are matched on: symbol, barcode or identifier
  • which system is the source of prices and stock
  • when the document is created: when the order is placed or when it is paid
  • how returns, corrections and merged orders are handled

How much does it cost to integrate WooCommerce with Subiekt GT?

Prices start at from PLN 5,000 net (from PLN 6,150 gross). A one-way integration (orders only, into Subiekt) comes out cheaper. A full exchange of orders, stock, prices and documents, with rules for several warehouses, costs more. The Sfera licence is paid separately.

Frequently asked questions

Subiekt GT does not fetch orders from WooCommerce: what should I do?

Most often one of three things fails: the store’s API keys (expired or with too few permissions), a plugin or WordPress update that changed how the API works, or a product in the order with no counterpart in Subiekt. KCD Studio checks the logs on both sides and restores the fetching of orders.

Can old orders also be moved to Subiekt?

Yes. Historical orders can be imported once, keeping the store’s order numbers, so ongoing synchronisation does not create duplicates.

Do customers from the store move to Subiekt with their NIP?

Yes, provided the store collects the NIP (the Polish tax ID) in the order. The integration creates the customer with the NIP or matches it to an existing record, so no duplicates appear.

Will the integration also work with PrestaShop, Shoper or Shopify?

Yes. KCD Studio also builds Subiekt integrations with PrestaShop, Shoper, IdoSell, Shopify, Magento and custom stores.
