When is custom software worth it?
Custom software makes sense when off-the-shelf tools need workarounds. Typical signs are data retyped by hand between programs, work that lives in spreadsheets, and a company process that does not fit a ready-made system. It also pays off when per-user subscriptions grow with your team, or when several systems have to be joined into one flow.
If an off-the-shelf program meets your needs without workarounds, it is usually cheaper and faster to deploy. We say so openly at the conversation stage.

How is custom software built?
We analyse the process and agree the scope. Next comes a clickable prototype, which your team tests before any coding starts. The system is built in short stages, with progress visible every week in a test version. Deployment includes data migration and user training.
Who owns the code of custom software?
The contract sets the terms for transferring economic copyright and handing over the source code. The rights to code written for a client can be transferred in full. The exception is third-party libraries and services, which run on their own licences.
How much does custom software cost?
We quote custom software individually. Smaller systems and tools start at from PLN 5,000 net (from PLN 6,150 gross). For large projects we first give a price range and an analysis plan.
The cost depends on the number of features and user roles, integrations with other systems, data migration and security requirements. The initial quote is free.

Can we start with a small version of the system?
Yes. It is often worth starting with the most important features, testing them in daily work and developing the system in stages.
Can custom software work with our ERP?
Yes. We integrate custom systems with ERPs such as enova365, Symfonia, WAPRO or Subiekt. We confirm the way of connecting after an analysis.
What about maintenance and development after deployment?
Support, development and monitoring are available under a separate order, on terms set in the contract.
