How much does a business website cost in 2026?

At KCD Studio a company website or landing page costs from PLN 900. The final price depends on the number of pages, the visual design, language versions, a content editing panel and integrations. After launch there are running costs: the domain and hosting.

What does the price of a website depend on?

The price grows with every element that has to be designed, written or connected to another system. The biggest factors are:

  • the number and types of pages, for example services, case studies, blog
  • a custom design for the brand instead of a ready-made template
  • language versions
  • a CMS panel in which the company edits content itself
  • animations and unusual elements, for example a price calculator or a map
  • integrations: CRM, booking system, newsletter, online store
  • content: who writes the copy and where the photos come from

How much does a website cost at KCD Studio?

A company website or landing page costs from PLN 900. An online store, or a website with a CMS or CRM and an ERP integration, starts from PLN 3,000. Larger portals are quoted individually: first a price range and an analysis plan, then a binding price.

The quote is free, usually within 48 hours, and includes the scope, schedule and price.

What are the costs after the website goes live?

Besides the one-off price of the website, plan for running costs:

  • domain: a yearly fee paid to the registrar
  • hosting: a monthly or yearly fee that depends on traffic and technology
  • updates: WordPress and its plugins need regular updates, a static website far less often
  • changes and growth: new pages, campaigns, fixes
  • technical support if you do not want to handle it yourself (at KCD Studio as a separate order)

Why do quotes for the same website differ so much?

Usually because contractors are quoting different things. One offer assumes a ready-made template and copy from the client, another a design from scratch, copy, photos and SEO. Differences also come from the technology, from what the price covers after handover and from whether the contractor is responsible for fixes.

What should you check in a website quote?

  • how many pages and which elements the price includes
  • who prepares the copy and photos
  • whether a content editing panel is included
  • in whose name the domain and hosting will be registered
  • whether you get access to the code and the panel, and how copyright is transferred
  • how many rounds of revisions the price covers
  • what happens after handover: support and the cost of further changes

Frequently asked questions

Is a website from PLN 900 enough for a small business?

Often it is. A company website with a custom design, a contact form, basic SEO and analytics is enough for a business that wants to be found on Google and collect enquiries. It is worth planning more when the website has to sell or serve customers. See details

How much does an online store cost?

An online store or B2B platform with an ERP integration at KCD Studio starts from PLN 3,000. Platform subscriptions, payment provider fees and ERP licences are paid separately. See details
